第一次跑马拉松之前必须知道的七件事情

1。不要喝任何东西。从当你口干舌燥的时候,那些捧着佳得乐饮料的志愿者看起来就像是天使,但你要抵制诱惑。虽然水是很重要的,但是带着一个臃肿的肚子去参加跑步比赛就太可笑了。正确的做法是在比赛的前一天喝大量的水。这些水会让你的身体维持在一个很好的状态。。

2. Stick to your plan. Run the way you trained -- whether that"s eating gels every 45 mins or a banana halfway through, avoidintroducing anything new on the day of.

And that"s absolutely OK. You are, after all, human.
